ABSTRACT:
This is a work intensive career guide, that will help students identify and learn skills that will enable them to excel in different walks of life based on their interests. Choosing the right career path can indeed be a headache but guess what? By end of this guide, you will know exactly which way to go.

Mission:

To guide and empower Youth in deciding their future and support young students​ deciding the right career path. it will help them to explore the new way of their interest. Our youth can bring social reform and improvement in society. We cannot achieve any thing in country without the youth. Furthermore, the nation requires their participation to achieve the goals and help in taking the country towards progress. That’s why it is our mission to give them proper way of counseling.

Vision:

Strengthening the young blood to build a prosperous nation. It is a well-known fact that​ the youth of any country is a great asset. They are indeed the future of the country and represent it at every level. The role of youths in nation-building is more important than you might think. In other words, the intelligence and work of the youth will take the country on the pathway of success. As every citizen is equally responsible, the youth is too. They are the building blocks of a country.

Main target:
Our main target is to give wide knowledge to the student for the future career. In our country mostly students have no idea about their future. they have no guidance. we will give them an easy and precise platform, from which they can easily get the idea.

Reach the customers:
In order to spread the message to the young students we have reached the platforms youth mostly spend their time on. Young students spend most of the free time on social media. Making a Catchy Video and spreading it on Facebook and Instagram can be a very good way of outreach. YouTube can be a great platform for detailed videos and tutorials.

Surveys with respect to Cater:
The short surveys form asking basic questions on interests of students, their hobbies and stuff they like to study in academics will be a great source to gather the background of each student guide them accordingly. So, we will conduct survey for this purpose. we will conduct these survey on the bases of grades(Classes).

Identification Phase:
Short Videos based on the Topics such as “A Day in the life of …..” showing the daily routine of a particular professional and will give insight into what sort of life they might expect. Also, videos can be made on what skills are must to excel in a particular profession.

Careers Path:
Enlighten with different career paths towards and explain what one might expect opting for a particular career based on the Surveys done. Some of the career options available can be: • Engineering

Purpose behind the Idea:
It is a comprehensive, developmental program designed to assist individuals in making and implementing informed educational and occupational choices. this program develops an individual’s competencies in self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration, and career planning so that our plan is all for the welfares because the majority of student don’t afford the fee so its going to be an 80% free and just 20% paid so in this way we collect the definite resources and job done too through helping the young.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPENDITURES:
Once a career path is properly identified next step will be analyzing the skill set one must posses in order to excel in particular. Further, guide your audience on the cost and expenditures involved in getting those skills. If some investment is required say in some Entrepreneurial Ventures, then all the cost associated, and the possible risks must be identified.

This will an Online Library providing the students all sort of books and other learning content one might require to learn new skills.

Future Plan:
Mentors for career guide: (online reservation of allotted timelines would be made virtually/ physically) Depending on the need of candidate.

These are the ones that will actively guide the young blood and will guide them through the exact ways one must follow and what should be avoided at all cost in order to succeed.

What works better than a focused course explaining what to do and how to do in order to succeed in career. A well-organized course explains the exact career path is all what a confused mind needs.

Earning Streams:
In these uncertain times relying on a single income stream is definitely not a good strategy. Give students alternate income stream and option that they can explore and earn for themselves.
